One of Japan’s most popular anime series at the moment, “Shingeki no Kyojin” or “Attack on Titan” is a serious, action-packed thriller. Whether they’re leaping off of rooftops, or slashing at gigantic superhuman Titans, the “Survey Corps” soldiers know a thing or two about fighting.
The characters are clad in leather costumes, perfect for some of the most grandiose fight sequences in anime of all time. With themes of loyalty, honor and justice, this epic anime series is bound to be around for many years to come.
Wearing durable, military-themed costumes, these soldiers are ready and geared up for anything. Using the series’ signature “3D maneuverable gear”, or in other words, their weaponry and equipment, the leather strapping allows for gravity-defying action stunts.
The main feature of the Attack on Titan costumes is a form-fitted cropped bomber jacket, emblazoned with a patch to signify where the soldier works. If you’re thinking about doing a D.I.Y. project, patches are a quick and easy add-on to the back of a jacket. In order to hold their weaponry in place, the soldiers costume includes a full body harness with leather straps. You can add D-rings or repurpose old belts for the buckle accents.
