polishing latex?

after applying latex conditioner/shine, there is always a slight cloudiness...does anyone know the best way to buff/polish? thanks!

its probably talc residu.
I usually clean the garment with a bit a solvent, then soak it in water with mild souap for an hour.
Let it dry, then polish with silicone.
