latex adhesive

Hello!

I am trying to find an adhesive that will bond latex materials together, smooth and flexible along the seam where it is glued, and can be submerged in water and not come apart.   Does anyone know of such adhesive?  I am new to latex/rubber adhesives.  Thank you.

Thinned BestTest rubber cement will also work well.  Cement and thinner are available from Dick Blick Artist's Supply (Without rediculous "hazardous material" shipping sur-charges.

If you are using MJTrends solvent adhesive they recently added a thinner for the solvent which will also clean up seams and excess glue:
