Black Patent Vinyl Fabric

Black patent vinyl fabric, thicker and heavier than the 2-way stretch or 4-way stretch pvc fabric. Patent vinyl fabric has very little stretch, and it's heavier thickness and strength make it excellent for use in corsetry, raincoats, and other heavy-duty applications.
