Scarlet Stretch PVC Fabric

Scarlet (orangish red) 4-way stretch pvc fabric (stretches both vertically and horizontally). Not quite as shiny as the 2-way stretch pvc fabric, but has much greater stretch, approximately 120% stretch capability.

90% Lycra with 10% p/u Coating
