- Black pvc fabric with silver polka dots. Fabric has 2-way stretch (stretches horizontally but not vertically). The finish is high gloss, very shiny. Vinyl / PU coated with soft polyester backing.
- Polka dots are spaced slightly under 1 inch apart and the polka dots themselves are 1/4 inch in diameter
- Uses include corsetry, cosplay fashions, theatrical costuming, water proof rain wear, DIY fetish clothing, and light upholstery like chair covers, table cloths, and pillows.
